Life takes us in many directions although sometimes we want to go somewhere else. That's where Life-Coaching comes in, be that life coaching on-line or face to face.
Sometimes we need someone to help us see for ourselves just how resilient we can be and how by making a few simple changes we can build a happier, more meaningful life.

I have a more general approach to Life Coaching, helping you to attain your goals, overcome procrastination, realise your potential, and generally help you become the best version of yourself.
All too often clients find it difficult to speak about their strengths and skills, mainly because they have been taught from a young age that personal bragging or self promotion, is not a desirable quality. During coaching sessions, I want to know about your strengths and qualities, however, if you are unable to find the words to express those attributes, I can help you out. I have an easy way to help you recognise your inner strengths and values, and then use those skills to your advantage. That's what Coaching is all about - You Reaching Your Potential.
